much more than just beating others on price. The most important aspect is
delivering excellent customer service, supporting the people who have trusted
your business to deliver when they need you. Our customers are at the heart of
everything we do at Hamilton Fraser and we use any customer feedback we receive
as part of our staff training to help the team understand the significance and
impact of delivering great service. The
fact that so many people have already taken the time to vote for us is
extremely gratifying and we thank you for your ongoing support.

sometimes feel like bit of a minefield for many consumers. The Insurance Choice
Awards aim to help customers find the best insurers; those that offer great
products, are customer-centric and ultimately treat their customers fairly.
