Landlords worried about their properties, tenants and businesses during the Coronavirus crisis should join Paul Shamplina tomorrow to hear his expert opinion.

market expert Paul Shamplina is to present a free webinar tomorrow at 8.30pm
that will give landlords an update on the latest Coronavirus-related market and
regulatory developments and offer answers to the landlords’ most pressing
questions.

These will include how the
ongoing crisis is impacting renters, landlord businesses, rent collection, tenancies,
statutory duties and mortgages, all of which will be explored impartially by
Paul, who is also a brand ambassador for Hamilton Fraser and founder of
evictions specialist Landlord Action.

His webinar, which will
include a no-doubt lively Q&A session at the end, will answer the key
question preying on landlords’ minds during the crisis.

These include what to do if a
tenant asks for a rent payment holiday, how to manage your mortgage lender if
you’re in financial difficulties and where to find new tenant for a property
despite the rental market coming to an almost dead stop.
