We have just had the latest ridiculous service charge bill (e.g. Â£250 for common parts electricity when we have one light-bulb on a timer in the hall and have used 120kwh this year!) from our freeholder who we know to be a particularly bad one (Trustpilot shows 94% â€œBADâ€� / 1* reviews) when we received the first one last year they assured us they would provide proof of receipts and all outgoings etc
