90% of PRS tenants in Wales happy with their homes

PRS tenants across Wales are more satisfied with their housing than those in the social rented sector.
Figures released by the Welsh Government have revealed that 90% of those in private rented housing in Wales are satisfied with their accommodation, compared to 83% living in social housing.
