Should I rent out a dilapidated property?

Rents fall slightly in December to offer tenants ‘a minor win’

The UK’s rents for new tenancies dipped by 0.9% in December 2023, reaching £1,268 which is still 8.01% more than the same month in 2022, the HomeLet rental index reveals.

The average rent, excluding London, was £1,061, a 0.5% decline from November 2023
