The UK’s leading property investment event announces the complimentary seminar programme at its Midlands Show

National Landlords Investment Show – Midlands Show Wednesday 19th April – venue Aston Villa Football Club

National Landlord Investment Show is returning to the Midlands for its second show of the year and 44th show to date on Wednesday 19 April at Aston Villa Football Club.

As part of the seminar programme, the show will see industry experts presenting over 10+ seminars to discuss current issues that landlords face, covering Brexit, licensing, tax, finance, mortgages and more.

Seminar speakers include Michael Morgan – Director of Dispute Resolution who will be presenting on tenancy deposits, Paul Mahoney – Nova Financial – on property investment fundamentals, and Simon Zutshi – property investors network, talking about why 2017 is the investing opportunity of the decade.

Richard Bowser, Editor of Property Investor News will present, ‘Property investing in 2017: are you ‘a player’ or just playing and praying?’

Also speaking are The Landlord’s Pension, Shawbrook Bank, Total Landlord Insurance, and Premier Property Education.

The seminars are free to attend for visitors and on a first-come, first-served basis.
