90% of PRS tenants in Wales happy with their homes

Figures released by the Welsh Government have revealed that 90% of those in private rented housing in Wales are satisfied with their accommodation, compared to 83% living in social housing.

Breaking news… West Bromwich Mortgage Company will refund £27.5m to landlords

The West Bromwich Mortgage Company will refund £27.5m to thousands of landlords who were overcharged.
As many as 6,500 landlords with multiple properties now stand to be refunded an average sum of more than £400 each from the lender.
The news comes after the Appeal Court ruled it was wrong to increase its charges for buy-to-let tracker mortgages in 2013.
