Hello readers, I have a 30-year-old tenant who keeps the property very clean and in most ways is an ideal tenant.
However, her ex-boyfriend who shares custody of their 5-year-old daughter is becoming in her words a pest.

£13000 in debt and not the only landlord?
I gave my home to a rental agent who has disappeared and left me £13k in debt and hasn’t paid me any rent.
When I went to his office it was just another landlord who was in debt with him for 20k and have since found out he has done so far to 4 landlords in the area!

Rent payments after section 21 notice being held back by Agent?
Hello Everyone, I hope you can answer this please as I am not sure the agent is right in saying this to me.

Previous property management refusing to transfer my credit?
The property management Company of a block of flats has been taken over by a Right to Manage (RTM). The RTM is transparent regarding all transactions but the previous management company are the direct opposite.
Many of the Landlords are in a four-figure credit even after major works were completed.
