£13000 in debt and not the only landlord?

I gave my home to a rental agent who has disappeared and left me £13k in debt and hasn’t paid me any rent.

When I went to his office it was just another landlord who was in debt with him for 20k and have since found out he has done so far to 4 landlords in the area!

Previous property management refusing to transfer my credit?

The property management Company of a block of flats has been taken over by a Right to Manage (RTM). The RTM is transparent regarding all transactions but the previous management company are the direct opposite.

Many of the Landlords are in a four-figure credit even after major works were completed.
