Help calculating rents?
Hi, I’m looking for software to help calculate the rents. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, and I would prefer simplicity over bells and whistles.
For years I have used a simple checklist XL spreadsheet and then as a backup used a freelancer who uses CFP (professional rental software).

Death of landlord
My sister in law’s father has recently died, owning a student house which is let for this year.
Although the property is jointly owned, his widow doesn’t appear on the tenancy agreement.
Is it difficult to add her to the student’s agreement or does she need something else?
