January sales: One third of homes have prices cut

Angela Rayner slams Section 21 evictions as cause of homelessness

Advice for NI landlords on new electrical safety regulations

The Electrical Safety Standards for Private Tenancies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024 was approved by the Northern Ireland Assembly in November.

Must all landlords register with the Information Commissioner’s Office?

Gas boiler ban dropped but homes could still be forced to switch to heat pumps
